Rented Items, Set-up, Sanitation, and delivery (within 25 miles radius of our location) is included in the rental price. Additional delivery fee may apply if you are outside our standard service area.
For Gellyball rentals, an on-site referre is also provided to tend to your event and is included in the price. An on-site referre is required for all Gellyball rentals.
For Gellyball rentals, each participant (or parent of a participant under the age of 18) is required to sign a general liability waiver. Each participant will recieve a wrist band to show that their waiver has been completed, and they are cleared to participate. Due to insurance requirements, we are unable to allow any participant that has not signed a waiver to take part in an event. Access to the waiver is avaliable via our website allowing participants/parents to sign them digitally prior to the event. We will also allow waivers to be signed on site at the event.
For all other equipment rentals, only the rental contract is required to be signed by the renter.
Yes, we are legally obligated to charge applicable sales tax.
Yes, we require a $50 deposit at the time of reservation. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Deposit will be non-refundable for any cancellation made less than 24 hours notice.
We offer free delivery to locations within a 25 mile radius of our Royse City, Texas location.
We service Royse City, Caddo Mills, Josephine, Farmersville, Fate, Poetry, Quinlan, Greenville, Forney, McLendon-Chisholm, Heath, Rockwall, Neveda, Lavon and more. Just give us a call even if you don’t see your area listed.
Accidental Damage Waivers can be purchased to help cover accidental unforeeen damage fees given the equipment was being used properly and in accordance to the rules set forth in the signed contract. Acceptance of a claim is based on the sole discreation of Space Monkey Party Rentals. Accidental Damage Waivers are non-refundable once the equipment has been dropped off at the customers location.
If bad weather on the day of your event prevents us from safely setting up then the customer may choose to change their reservation date or ask for a refund of their deposit. Once the driver has arrived to deliver the bounce house, customer is responsible for full payment regardless of inclement weather that may occur during their rental period. We are unable to guarantee the weather for your event.
Bounce house will not be set up if raining, temperatures less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit, or winds exceeding 20 MPH (including wind gust).

Full payment is required at the time of delivery. The driver must collect payment prior to leaving the delivery location after set up. Customer may pay in advance if they choose.
We currently accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. You may choose to pay the deposit via one method and the balance a delivery via a different method.
You can check availability by entering your event date and time on our website. You may also book your reservation online, or we take reservations via phone calls and text to 972.634.2022, emails to info@spacemonkeypr.com, or via facebook messages. Reservations are first come first serve.
For Gellyball rentals, rental period is based on your package selection. We will arrive earlier than your event start time to set up the event.
For all other equipment, we guarantee a 4 hour rental period. This time may be longer depending on our delivery/pick up schedule for the day. If you are in need of a longer rental period, we will try our best to accomodate you. Overnight rentals are typically not possibl, but will be determined on a case by case basis.
Due to installation safety, we do not offer customer pick up.
For Gellyball rentals, we are required by insurance to provide one on-site referre for the duration of your event. The referre will ensure guest are adhering to safety rules and help manage the game play.
At this time, we do not supply staff on-site to assist with your event for any other rentals. Customers are responsible for providing their own adult supervision of the rental at all time.
For inflatables, we require 3-5 ft clearance on all sides of the unit. Unit dimensions are list on our website under each product.
We will set up on grass, concrete, cement, asphalt and even indoors. We cannot set up on rocky surfaces, mud, hills, or other uneven surfaces. Please let us know at time of reservation the surface type for set-up so we can bring the right equipment to safely anchor the inflatable.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose if inflatable is water compatible and customer has selected the water option during checkout.
If a customer has signed the contract for a dry rental and water is applied to it, a $75 fee will be charged to the customer automatically. This is to cover the extended amount of cleaning required when a inflatable is used with water.
We inspect all equipment at time of delivery and pick up. It is important that we are notified of any damage to the equipment as soon as possible to ensure proper safety measures are taken. Once we leave the premis, it is up to the customer to care for the equipment. Customer is responsible for any damage outside of ordinary wear and tear that is caused due to neglecting the rules that are signed within our rental agreement up to the cost of replacing any unsalvageable equipment. Ordinary wear and tear is the normal deterioration of the inflatable when user properly and reasonably. Customer is liable for any and all damage caused by cutting, tearing, overturning, overloading, moving, improper use, abuse, contamination, or use of chemicals, food, paint, silly string, mud, animal feces, etc. Should any of these arise upon pick up inspection, the customer will be billed accordingly.

Yes, we are licensed, insured and state inspected through the state of Texas. We are also advanced safety certified through SIOTO. Our bounce houses are inspected annually.
